Our background
Built from practical agricultural experience
Our agricultural background includes pastoral operations and businesses serving the agricultural supply chain. That experience shapes how we think about country: the quality of the land matters, and so do the people, infrastructure and daily decisions that make a farm work.
We look for opportunities to improve the whole operation. Better water access, more useful fencing and a pasture system suited to the cattle can make a lasting difference. Each improvement needs to make sense for the property and the business.

As part of the Northcott family’s Wattlestone group, Brampton takes a patient approach to agricultural ownership. We invest with a view to the work a property needs over time, rather than treating development as a single project.
